The Fourth Element Thermocline Long Sleeve Top is a versatile top that can be worn to provide the thermal protection equivalent of 2mm thick neoprene, provide sun protection for surface sports or worn beneath another suit for additional thermal protection.
The Thermocline fabric is an extremely comfortable and lightweight alternative to neoprene which is what most wetsuits are made from. It is lightweight, doesn't crush when folded, dries really quickly and is machine washable. Simply put, it is the perfecttropical diving suit. On top of thatthe suit is neutrally buoyant, allowing less lead to be worn.
It is also much more eco-friendly than neoprene.Utilising a unique fabric made using ECONYL 100% recycled nylon from ghost fishing nets and other discarded waste, laminated with a waterproof membrane and thermal fleece, Thermocline revolutionises the notion that being environmentally responsible means sacrificing performance or aesthetics.
