The 5mm neoprene and nylon construction of the rest of the boot provides extreme comfort and a good grip for easy walking and kicking. The zipper (with a non-stretch jersey) on the side of the boots has a little tab to stop the zipper from sliding down and opening when wearing. anything nasty in the water.
